With extensive experience across complex technical installations and operational broadcast environments, he oversees the delivery of studio infrastructure, rack systems, custom fabrication and deployment projects with an emphasis on quality, reliability and practical engineering.

Adam oversees workshop operations, fabrication and logistics at Mottram Broadcast, supporting the delivery of technical infrastructure, custom assemblies and deployment preparation. Alongside extensive workshop and operational experience, he also holds a Class 1 (C+E) licence and brings significant experience in logistics, transport coordination and infrastructure movement across technical and broadcast environments.
